Why it’s important to start your low carb WOE with a clean pantry!
Just like its a bad idea to go food shopping when you are hungry. It’s also a bad idea to start a low carb WOE with a pantry full of high carb foods! Its best to start out on the right foot and fill your pantry with low carb snacks!
You WILL find a reason to eat those carbs! It can be as simple as coming home and finding nothing else to eat in your pantry. Or worse, unconscious night eating.
Want to get serious about your low carb WOE? Clean out the pantry. Donate those foods to your local food bank. And go to the grocery store and stock up on low carb snacks and staples.

- Bulletproof coffee
- Guacamole
- Protein shakes
What to look for when you are picking out low carb snacks
You don’t want to just fill your pantry with low carb processed foods. Take the time to make some low carb snacks. Think about the nutritional value of the foods you will be adding. You want to remember your macros.
You don’t want to fill your pantry with snacks with no nutritional value!
