More Foods Allowed While on the Dukan Diet
Shirataki
You can consume this Konjac root from Asia as much as you want to start from the Attack phase. It is rich in fibre, no calories, satisfying and stimulates intestinal transit. You can also find konjac root in other forms like flour, powder, or gel. You can use in any form on konjac for cooking Dukan foods.
Olive oil
You are allowed to consume olive oil in limited quantity (1 teaspoon) starting from the Cruise phase. It is rich in polyphenols, omega 3 fatty acids and Vitamin E – all essential for health.
Goji Berries
You are allowed to consume Goji Berries starting from the Attack phase in limited quantity.
Pure Protein days: 1 tablespoon
Proteins + Vegetables days: 2 tablespoons
Wheat Gluten
You can consume wheat gluten in all 4 phases of the Dukan diet with a limited quantity of up to 4 tablespoons per week.
