IMHO half the people that fail at sticking to a low carb diet, do so because they convince themselves that they are “missing out” on too much good food! A few years before pintrest, that may have been true! All the low carb recipe books called for strange ingredients, everything cost a fortune and for me, it wasn’t a sustainable way of eating.
But now all that has changed! There are lots of great low carb and keto-friendly recipes floating around online. All you need to do is get in the habit of spending a few hours on the weekend on meal prep. You will never come home after a long day at work and be forced to order take out!

- This “bread” is made out of cheese! Almost no carbs! I bake these in muffin top pans, it makes them just the right size and depth for hamburger buns!

I like these with or with the crust. I love the fact that almond or coconut flour can replace regular flour. But sometimes I just don’t need a crust!
