Low Carb Recipes

IMHO half the people that fail at sticking to a low carb diet, do so because they convince themselves that they are “missing out” on too much good food! A few years before pintrest, that may have been true!  All the low carb recipe books called for strange ingredients, everything cost a fortune and for me, it wasn’t a sustainable way of eating.

But now all that has changed!  There are lots of great low carb and keto-friendly recipes floating around online.  All you need to do is get in the habit of spending a few hours on the weekend on meal prep.  You will never come home after a long day at work and be forced to order take out!

Low Carb Egg Fast Crepes

    I love crepes! This low carb version is not only low carb but egg fast friendly!  Don’t forget that crepes can be sweet or savory.  I found this recipe because I was looking for something to wrap around some Italian sausage.   This was perfect in so many different ways!  Sometimes I put peanut butter and jelly on these, I wrap sausage, ham, and cheese…. the possibilities are endless!  What will you stuff your crepe with?

Low Carb Parmesan Cheese Bread!low carb cheese bread

    This “bread” is made out of cheese! Almost no carbs! I bake these in muffin top pans, it makes them just the right size and depth for hamburger buns!

Low Carb Quiche Lorraine

    I like these with or with the crust. I love the fact that almond or coconut flour can replace regular flour. But sometimes I just don’t need a crust!
